Product Condition & Return Window
We accept product returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. For a return to be processed, items must remain unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging as delivered. Be advised that returns with damage or alterations may not be eligible for a refund.
How to Begin a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to receive a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping fees, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for your records. Please note that the cost of shipping is non-refundable.
Refund Procedure
Upon receiving and reviewing your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days, excluding the original shipping charges.
Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds for returns due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

Exchanges for Defective Products
